This color (colour) combination is a high contrast scheme and in my opinion looks good for technical information such as
circuit diagrams, ASM source code and HEX machine code listings.
We are basing this color on GRiD computing machines used for military and government applications, it is a no nonsense
high contrast, we mean business, no fancy color pallet. A brutal stark, this is what it does, the display has got one color.
Yes we know there are shades of yellow in that picture illustration, it will be fixed, using one color. *guess?*

Where does the Electric Yellow color (colour) come from?
*note* Electric Yellow as per the "Electroluminescent Screen" on the GRiDcase laptop computer used in the film "Aliens" 1986

IBM approached Microsoft, Digital Research and the GRiD corporation for the 1981 IBM PC contract.
In a parallel universe the IBM PC could have started with Electric Yellow rather than MATRIX green.
For those who don't like the Electric Yellow PDF documents there will be the B&W alternative
Yes we like GRiD computers here at the Archive Project, we have several of them and they have a special
feature, ROM slots designed for a custom Operating System. i.e. non IBM PC compatible. You can write your own
robot gun sentry OS, see the film "Aliens" this is now a computer that does automatic machine gun stuff nothing else.

The GRiD computer with its unique ROM feature will become part of the Flite Electronics International "X86 archive",
using our advanced FLT-86 breakdown and how to write custom ROM code in X86 to create a unique MOS appliance.
i.e. interface a GRiD Tempest (a laptop heavier than a desktop) with the FLT-86 to access the internal development tools.
